Winter and Spring semester

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú students encouraged to register for Spring 2022 semester as well as upcoming winter term

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú students are encouraged to begin forming a plan and meeting with their academic advisor as registration is open for the upcoming winter term, and will be opening soon for the Spring 2022 semester. The winter term runs from December 13 through January 5. Spring 2022 semester registration opens beginning the week of November 1. The Spring 2022 semester at Murray State will begin on January 18.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú awarded $554,750 to help low-income, potential first-generation college students access higher education

The U.S. Department of Education announced that Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú will receive two federal Talent Search grants of $277,375.00 each to help more low-income students who would be the first members of their families to earn degrees to prepare for and enroll in college. Talent Search East will serve 500 students in the Christian, Todd, and Trigg County school districts; Talent Search West will serve 500 students in the Carlisle, Fulton County, Fulton Independent, Hickman, Mayfield Independent, and Paducah Public school districts. Talent Search has operated successfully at Murray State since 2016.
