Verifications of Enrollment, Degree, and Academic Standing
The Office of the Registrar provides a variety of verification documents and services.
Current Semester Enrollment Verifications verify enrollment for the current term and can be used for renewing insurance, loan deferments, and many other purposes.
Letters of Good Standing (students must select the most recent completed semester for which final grades were processed) contain the most recent academic standing and cumulative GPA for current students and can be used for good student discounts among other things.
Note:
- All information required by the student must be completed before submitting.
- Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing.
- Additional processing time may be required during the semester beginning/ending and during institutional closings.
- Enrollment verifications do not replace official Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú transcripts. If you need an official record of academic work completed (i.e. final course grades), students must order an official transcript.
- Unregistered new students needing proof of admission should contact the Office of Admissions for an acceptance letter.
